MyShiksha Refund Policy


At MyShiksha, we strive to provide high-quality courses, workshops, and consulting services. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines our procedures and conditions regarding refunds for our services.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • a) Online Courses and Workshops
    • A full refund is available if you request it within 24 hours of your purchase and have not accessed the online course yet.
  • b) Career Counselling and Mentoring Sessions
    • Refund requests for individual career counselling or mentoring sessions will be honoured if made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
    • If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session, a refund will not be provided, but you may reschedule your session.
  • c) Consulting Services
    • For consulting services, a refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued for services not yet rendered or if the client is unsatisfied with the initial consultation.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the service purchased, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Submit Within the Timeline: Ensure your request falls within the eligibility period specified above.

3. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received, we will process it within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been approved or if additional information is needed.


4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
