customer needs to know what makes you a slight difference. This is where
content comes in. In order to prove why you’re worth buying from, you need to
prove why you're worth listening to.

Identify what type of content format you will take on? Whether it will be blog
post or video or picture format. Identify the topics to take on, and you need to
determine which format to budget so that you can give the best in that position

5. WHAT CHANNELS WILL YOU PUBLISH ON?
